Inspired by South Africa's Karoo Desert, this features a hearty helping of aloe to give it a fragrant, vegetal though subtly sweet flavour profile, bolstered by familiar cucumber freshness. TASTING NOTES: Grassy and herbaceous. A clean, crisp mouth-feel with enough juniper bite to balance the intense vegetal notes. Appearance / Color: Clear. Nose / Aroma / Smell: Fresh and green, earthy cucumber, grass and herbs on the nose. Flavor / Taste / Palate: Juniper forward flavor with fresh melon and cucumber earthiness. Finish: A hint of green apple on the finish.
